Shipping and Delivery Information

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–5 business days for processing on all Cambodian textures and 7–10 business days for Burmese textures.

Processing times do not include shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages while in route with carrier. 

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All sales are final.
